Tuesday (18/2), the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Aceh Besar Regency in collaboration with the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) held a Forum Group Discussion on the Region in Figures and Integrated Statistical Service Standards (PST) at the Aceh Besar Regency Bappeda Hall. The event was attended by Mr Rusmadi, SE, Head of BPS Aceh Besar Regency, Mrs Rahmawati, S.Pd., M.Si. Head of Aceh Besar Regency Bappeda, and representatives from 27 Local Government Organisations involved in the preparation of the Aceh Besar In Figures and Sectoral Statistics publications.

In the opening session, the Head of Bappeda emphasised that in the context of realising one data for Aceh Besar Regency, the publication of Aceh Besar Regency in Figures is one of the real implementations of one data that we have done, even long before the regulation on one data.

He also reminded that the preparation of this publication should not forget the original purpose, which is for the advancement of Aceh Besar Regency in various sectors. He expressed his appreciation to BPS for working hard in uniting the data in various agencies and fully supporting the preparation of the Aceh Besar in Figures publication.

Furthermore, there was a ceremonial awarding ceremony for the fastest responding and data collecting agencies given to the Department of Agriculture and DPP, KB, PP, and PA. In addition, the signing of the Service Pledge and Minutes of the Determination of Integrated Statistical Service Standards signed by the Service Provider was represented by Rusmadi, SE (Head of BPS Aceh Besar District), and Hafizh Meyzar Aqil, SST, M.Sc. (Head of Dissemination and Publicity Team). Meanwhile, Service Users were represented by Bappeda, Diskominfo (Walidata), Disdukcapil (OPD representatives), Academics from STIE Sabang (representatives of Academics), Students from STIE Sabang, and the Aceh Besar District Media Centre.

The discussion was hosted by Rahmad Hidayat, S.E., with speakers Hafizh Meyzar Aqil, SST, M.Sc who delivered the material ‘Region in Figures and Integrated Statistical Services’ and Mustafa, SE with the material ‘National Statistics Standards (SSN)’.
